Customer Support Administrator
Overview of the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative Customer Support Administrator to join our Support Operations Team. In this role, you’ll provide essential administrative and organizational support to ensure our customer support and sales teams can focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience. You’ll play a key role in keeping processes running smoothly, documentation accurate, and teams supported.
What You’ll Do
- Provide administrative and organizational support to the Customer Support and Sales teams
- Maintain accurate customer and account information in Salesforce
- Prepare, edit, and submit contracts and support documentation for approval
- Create customer orders
- Track, manage, and submit assigned monthly reports
- Communicate effectively across teams to ensure seamless coordination
- Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as assigned
What You Bring
- Must Haves:
- At least 1 year of continuous work experience in an administrative, customer support, or operations role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Nice-to-Have
- Experience with Adobe tools for document editing
- Familiarity with order processing
- Background supporting sales or customer support teams
